Roy Morgan was developing a customer survey reporting tool for their client the Commonwealth Bank.
They asked us to join the project focusing on the user experience and interface.
Getting data wasn’t our problem, it was making it relevant and easy to understand. The solution was an app that re-interpreted data into a series of easy to understand graphic reports allowing users to instantly view their progress and compare against state & national averages as well as peers and other branches.
